UPDATE: An Innocent Man Spared:
 
You may have already heard this good news; the normally rigid Pardon and
Paroles Board in Georgia was swayed sufficiently yesterday to issue a 90-day
stay of execution to Troy Davis.  He was to have been executed today, but so
much new evidence has surfaced giving Mr. Davis a strong innocence claim
that the board wanted another 90 days for review.  
 
Our collaborators in Georgia have sent a thank you to all of the members
that took the time to call, fax and/or email on Mr. Davis' behalf.
