[Washington Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty]

Welcome to the new WCADP Mailing List!
 
The days are gone when sending an email to our membership meant pulling
together the addresses of a few friends.  Today we have hundreds of active
members all around the state and coordinating each mailing has become a
growing challenge.
 
Working with our Internet Service Provider, Drizzle NW, we are pleased to
announce that we have streamlined to process and at the same time returned
to you complete control over how and where you would like to receive future
emails from WCADP.
 
1.  You may unsubscribe from our list at any time by sending an email to
<BLOCKED::BLOCKED::mailto:wcadp-list-request at lists.drizzle.com>
wcadp-list-request at lists.drizzle.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject
field.  You will then receive another email confirming your wish to leave
the list and with directions for the final step.  You must respond to this
confirmation email to be removed from the list.
 
2.  You can change the email address we use for future mailings by doing the
above to unsubscribe your current email address and then visiting our web
site at  <http://www.abolishdeathpenalty.org/contact>
www.abolishdeathpenalty.org/contact, click on "Email Mailing List" and
enroll with a new email address and password. 
 
3.  In the future all emails will have a return address of
wcadp-list at lists.drizzle.com.  Some members may need to set their spam
filters to recognize this.
 
4.  Since all of our messages will have a Subject field that begins
"[WCADP-list]" and have a unique "From" address you can use the filtering
feature available on most email software to immediately notify you of new
messages or to automatically sort these emails into a file to be read at a
later date.
 
5.  We are committed to bringing you timely and useful information.  With
that in mind we have configured this service to prevent individual members
from posting messages directly to the list.  This will ensure that all the
email you receive will come directly from the leadership of the WCADP.
