Tim:

Glad to hear that the truck bed liner works.... I bought some about a year
ago to try on my 25 lb vibratory barrels that cost over $200 each at
Kingsley and have never gotten around to it.....

Thanks,

Dan

I have done this with a 50 lb. tumbler barrel. I scraped out the inside of
the plastic barrel with a steel wire brush on my angle grinder first. You
can get "truck bed liner" by the gallon at about any auto store.

Would it be possible to put in plastic on your own??? There are some
very tough RTV plastics that I would be curious if folks could
"plasticize" their units to what ever thickness they want. See
Douglas and Sturgess in Sa Francisco, Smooth-on, and others that have
such materials. I would suggest that anyone trying such a product
sandblast the areas to be "plasticized". Any questions will be
answered........................
