Hi Kitty, If my statement was read that I was calling Kay rude, I am sorry. 
 I was just pointing out what in my eyes was a courtesy. As I said,no  
ruffled feathers. I just feel that if you are starting a conversation with  
someone, a name helps :) I don't take someone's email as their name as a rule  
because for many reasons people use odd email names. Although in Kay's case, 
it  is her name..it's really not an issue. Sorry if I upset anyone....
