I hope this isn't just a "me too" reply, but I talked with a friend from Flagstaff while at the Tucson Show this year. He mentioned submitting a proposal to collect at the Grandview to the Nat'l Park Service. Didn't get many more details except that the proposal was being circulated for professional review to whoever does that for NPS. Glen
