Question is, will Arnold "the Governator" pay the bill...
You don't want to upset a man with biceps the size of Maine.
If you make it to cold in California all those people will go to Florida.
That may shift the weight distribution of human mass to just one side of the
NMSZ... Next new moon.... kaboem. ;-)))
