Rockhounds list,

I have a teacher friend in Georgia who is the coach for their school's Science Olympiad team, and they would love to find someone in their area who could help the kids review "Fossils" for one of the events in Science Olympiad.? She says their team is advancing to the State Final competition,?and can really use help to review for this event in which the students must identify and answer questions about fossils.

The school is in Cumming, GA (north of Atlanta), and what they hope to find is someone who could meet with the kids (it would just be one or two kids, who are responsible for doing this particular event) probably just once or twice, to look at and discuss identification of fossils, geologic age?in which different types of fossils occur, and so on.? These are middle school kids, and they will need to do this fairly soon, as the State Final event is coming up on March 28.

If anyone lives in/near this area?who is a good "Fossil Hound" and is willing to help, or knows of someone else in a club in that area who could do so, I know it it would be very much appreciated if you could contact directly,

Thanks to any who can help!
