[Rockhounds] Mineral Art by the Kids

Dear Rockhounds,
    Some great mineral drawings by the children of the Albuquerque Gem & 
Mineral Society are now up on my website.  About half way down the home 
page is a picture by Mae-Ling.  Click it and you will go to the full 
page.  The kids were challenged to create "Crazy Crystals," that is, 
mineral specimens we'd like to see but won't happen in nature.  It will 
not surprise you that children LOVE minerals and are eager to be part of 
the hobby any way they can.  Thanks to Earlene Shroyer who does great 
work with her kids out there in Albuquerque.
