[Rockhounds] Need help with Mineral ID

Saturation goes with the HSL color description scheme which means Hue,
Saturation, Luminosity. RGB already includes saturation in the numbers.

And yes there are plenty of free programs out there which let you use
sliders or other controls to experiment with colors. There is probably
something on this page just scrool down to web colors:
