[ADMIN] [Rockhounds] my apologies to list

Hey, Dave (and list):

Your ads were posted on May 4th, May 24th, and June 4th. I don't know if
we're going calendar months, or about every 30 days (any druthers anyone?),
but if it's calendar months, then May was an issue, if it's approximately 30
days, then the last 2 would be an issue.

Dave, as I told you in my email, A) I didn't really have a problem with the
posting and B) since it's show-based, it would be acceptable to put [SHOW]
in the header, do a show announcement, and mention at the end of the
announcment that you were selling tables, and that you needed a fossil
dealer, and I said that [SHOW] postings were allowed twice per month.

Ad rules were clarified in an [ADMIN] post on March 15th. I asked at the
time (when we went to 1 per month) if anyone had a problem with it, and
people said that they didn't.

On April 20th, a link to a copy of the rules as they currently stand was
posted as an [ADMIN] post(http://rockhounds.ning.com/page/list-rules),
which mentioned the ad rules again.

If anyone has questions, please ask. If you haven't read the list rules
since I posted them, it would probably be a good thing to do.

Julie
