[Rockhounds] Another article on public land use

Check out the article in this month's Rock & Gem, I don't know what to make
of it, except that the editors don't know the difference between the NPS and
the USFS. The story in short is a rock club got stopped by a ranger and
received tickets for an unspecified violation and were told to dump their
petrified wood alongside the road. Also sounds like they had no idea what
the regs were for collecting on a national forest since if they did they
should have stood their ground. Sounds a little incredible to me...
