Kreigh and Pete (and all),

I ordered some from them, to do some demos for students.  I've ordered 
two bottles, and they were both sent in ordinary screw-top plastic 
bottles that leaked.  At that price, I was a little ticked.  I got an 
apology from the vendor but not a refund.

If you plan to order some, it might be well worth your time, effort, and 
money to send them your own certified leakproof bottle (Nalgene sells 
them) and asking them to place your heavy water in it.  Of course you'd 
want to call them and talk about it first...
