You're more than welcome, Gary.  I'm also grateful to all the many 
people who sent me samples for school kids here on the Big Island.  I 
think doing demonstrations and "Wow" sessions with kids is probably the 
most important and satisfying thing any of us do with our hobby.  I 
always need samples to give to kids (hint, hint).  I love to hold up a 
large quartz crystal (or a chunk of pyrite, or mica, or agate) and tell 
the kids that each one of them will be able to take a small one like it 
home at the end of the session.  This is especially important for kids 
here, because although they get to see lava first hand, that's about all 
they do see: lava and sand and the occasional bit of olivine.

So if any of you have a bunch of small goodies for kids, please contact 
me off-list and I'll pay for postage and/or send you come stuff in trade.
