No, Cove Fort is a small town just off I-15.
That area has been the home of prodigious tectonic and volcanic 
activity, from what I can see, and I'm sure there are plenty of agate 
seams to be found.  MAS/MILS lists a number of quarries and mines in 
that area.  However I doubt that a lot of the smaller and less prolific 
agate seam localities were documented.
