[ADMIN][Rockhounds] Rockhound turned Lapidary

Any more mention of devils and such and that person is put on Moderation for 
approximately 24 hours.

John already did one admin post, that should have been enough.

Saying you didn't read the [ADMIN] post is NOT an excuse.

People were offended, on both sides of this issue.
