[Rockhounds] Morocco's Trilobite Economy

Since granite is igneous all trilobites in it would be cooked.  Would they
taste like lobster?
I would find any fossil in granite highly suspicious, regardless of the
geological period... I've been wrong before but this looks rather unlikely
;-)
