[Rockhounds] Laws and Land

Why is the tone of responses here so regional? California Rock  
Hounds, have very actively trying to protect rockhounding from  
politicians, for quite some time now. The ALAA, and the Federation  
have reached out to all Rock and Mineral Clubs in educating members  
to be aware of all restrictive pending legislation.

The ADA clearly states the disabled should have equal access as do  
able bodied persons. Many of these restrictive laws, completely  
ignore that act, and brazenly close off roads to any motorized  
vehicle. Yes you can get in if you can walk, perhaps that means crawl  
too?

Why not join together and present a uniform front, instead of  
regional attitudes. It serves no purpose at all.
