[Rockhounds] Database template?

Don,

One time Tommy send me a stand alone database copy, yet I had an
outdated MS Access version and my Windows 98 cannot run it.
Have been too busy (lazy) with my natural landscaping project that I
never got to understand MS Access.
Would love to enable read-only web access to the personal database so
others can search and I could use it to share pictures, data and
locations while updating life on my PC.

Would be great if you can revive your project.
