And probably different alcohols altogether. If it makes methanol, that
process needs to be suppressed. 
Somewhat less dangerous is isopropanol, the alcohol that causes SEVERE
hangover and headaches.

There is a Belgian beer called "Lambic" (or lambik) that is made by
spontaneous fermentation. It's a rather acidic thirst-quencher and the basis
for making geuze (another Belgian goodie).

Yes. Absolutely. Belgians were the founding fathers of dinosaurism.

We still keep digging them up and there is rumor that cirrhosis of the liver
may  have cause the extinction of the dinosaurs.
