Medium to dark green beryl is emerald, which as you probably know, can
be very expensive as a gemstone. You might find some embedded in
specimens that is relatively inexpensive. Anyway, emerald is probably
what you should search for.
There is some green beryl that's too light to be called emerald, and
that's cheaper. Also, aquamarine can be a greenish tint, but I doubt
that would fill the bill.
