[Rockhounds] AD: Rock sale

There will be am individual's rock sale this Saturday and Sunday, 9 am to 5 pm, at

49630 Martz Road, Belleville, MI 48111
Take US94 to Rawsonville Road, head south to Martz.  Turn east onto a rough unpaved road, go until over the railroad tracks, and look for 49630 on the left.

The sale has minerals, cutting rough, grit and polish, shells, petoskeys, tumblers, 10" trim saw, 8" flat lap (near new) with five laps, books, etc.

Honestly, most of the material is not high quality (lots shells, beachstones, petoskeys, apache tears) or there's small quantities (ie, 4 lbs tiger eye, a few pounds each of tumbling grit, sweetwater agates).  However, everything is priced to move and there's enough variety to be interesting and you could find a treasure.  Loretta had bought a lot of material from a now-deceased rockhound in the Huron Hills club, Alfred Sannes, and has decided to move to beading.
