[Rockhounds] Iron / Toxic minerals / health hazards

Most acute iron-poisonings come from children that found a stash of iron
pills from a relative and thought it was candy.
More rare are cases of health fanatics who combine so much food supplements
and probiotics that the combined iron intake is greater that their needs.
