CÖngråtûlÅtìÕñs Brian, this is without any doubt the most useful
contribution to this topic ;-)))
Now I can write those hard core Swedish locality names without having to buy
a Scandinavian keyboard overlay.

A bit like the difference in being a good cook and a chef... You just have
to know certain things to make your life easier.
