hi   thanks for all your help - we had a great time in NY searching for Herkimer diamonds and got to the Stoddard Mine in NH.  We actually phoned about the Emery Mine but they were having a problem with bats and didn't recommend that we go.  But collected enough samples to weigh our luggage down and have many happy memories of our rockhounding adventure back east.  so thanks again
