I would have recommended the names you already tried.  I'm surprised 
they couldn't help, even a little bit.  The only other name I trust 
besides those is Mike Farmer.

And as the previous poster suggested, you might try contacting the IMCA 
via their website.

I think many of them would be getting ready to go to Tuscon so you might 
have trouble reaching someone now.
