[Rockhounds] Speaking of lapidary tools....Any favorites?

If you want to play with RPMs, change your pulley sizes in the belt
drive.

Tupperware (or equilivant) makes a good bottom tray. Thin plexiglass is
easily heated with a torch to bend it to shape for a cover, Brass is
easily bent for mounting brackets. Give the shaft a second layer of
protection at least shaft diameter away from the first layer.
