[Rockhounds] Thunder Bay agate Mine once again

The last time I was up there in 2006 it was still closed.  Check out the
Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce (or some such thing) site.

When I was at the mine their stuff was interesting, but WAY overpriced.  I
was glad I was bartering NJ fluorescent material, for the silver pick would
have been too dear.
