Hi Jim,
My specimen is white with a dull surface. Underneath the dull coating
there's grey-blue clear crystalline material that may very well be
celestine. The celestine is non-fluorescent but the pseudomorph coating
fluoresces yellowish white in MW and SW and blueish white in longwave UV. It
has a strong yellow-green phosphorescence, again; only the coating.
Cheers
BTW: I'll have to make the photo again as it came out way to blue.
