[Rockhounds] Bismuth

Hi everybody can anybody give me some tips how to grow the Bismuth crystals like how long do you let the Bismuth cool when it is melted before you poor it into another stainless pot to get the up right standing crystals I am new in doing this any help would be great thanks bob.
