[Rockhounds] opalite vs. not/digital to view?

  I don't know, the structure of the rock itself, the fracture, and the 
luster remind me of an opaloid, but I've never seen one quite that 
color... I think this is a mixture of rock materials that formed from a 
silica-rich solution.  This might be a case where we could go crazy 
putting a name to it...  but it is really neat and should be enjoyed for 
its natural beauty, whatever it is.
