[Rockhounds] Accommodations, petrified forest

That reminds me of something from the show table last month at our 
local rock club meeting. One of our members had visited a park known 
for petrified wood (possibly the same one) after having collected 
elsewhere. He was forewarned and removed all of the rocks from his 
car before he went to the park ... except a small one in the glove 
box. He was able to check it in on the way into the park.

At the meeting he showed the rock, still in it's plastic bag, sealed 
with a piece of official government red tape.
