[Rockhounds] ADMIN changing topic

Hi List,

It seems it's time for me to remind everyone to change the topic in 
the Subject line to fit your message.  For Digest users, this means 
you should change the Subject line every time you use <Reply> .

An accurate topic means more people are likely to read your 
message.  And whenever a thread wanders far from the original topic, 
someone should change the title and add <(was)> before the old Subject.
