Brenda,

Why do you think you need to stabilize your thomsonites? They were exposed 
to the weather for countless winters and summers without much deterioration. 
Why should they be unstable now that you have moved them to a different 
place with less harsh conditions? Do you want to cut and polish them and 
fear that the cracks might cause them to break in the process?
