[Rockhounds] Cash & Treasures expenses vs treasures

Yeah, most of the time I too spend more than what I find is worth.   The two 
exceptions have been the Oceanview Mine in Pala, CA and the Himalaya  Mine in 
Mesa Grande, CA.  The Himalaya will be featured in an upcoming  episode.
