The fellow you need to reach is Ken White, of Whites Lapidary in Lebanon, Oregon.  He had the lions share of the Holley Blue agate that was mined when it was available.  He recently sold all of his rough to a fellow in Sutherlin Oregon.  He could probably tell you that gentleman's name and number.
