[Rockhounds] baleen

OK I just recalled some scrimshaw horror stories of people losing
their scrimshaw pieces if they couldn't prove it was pre-1972. Looking
it up it seems as if the stringent regulations mainly apply to Sperm
Whale and Walrus ivory.
