In a similar vein, The Nashville Acoustic Sessions has been one of my favorites for some years now.  Raul Malo, Rob Ickes, Pat Flynn and Dave Pomeroy doing pop and country classics.  The dobro playing is amazing on that one.

I'd like to recommend The Telluride Sessions by Strength In Numbers. 
It's probably about 20 years old now but worth looking for. 
oh and the band: Bela Fleck, Mark O'Connor, Jerry Douglas, Sam Bush and Edgar Meyer. if you dig acoustic jazz, this is it.
