yeah, I'm listening to it right now
and have to agree it's pretty great.  He does another Keith Gattis song
which makes 4 I think off of that album he's covered now.   Wish Gattis
would put out another one soon.  I saw Charlie play at Waterloo Records
Tuesday and he talked a little about the divorce and how his ex-wife
likes the title track and the upside of the divorce is dating again and
then he played the Bare, Jr. song, Nothing Better to Do.  He's going
out to tour Texas in the summer for 3 months I hear.  great timing as
the heat reaches record highs, it was 107 here yesterday with no relief
in sight.  Jerald

Robison's Beautiful Day is my now my fave record of the year. good songs and ringing guitars, it sounds like the 1986 all over again.  yeah the Bare Jr. and Springsteen covers are straight ahead but the rest make it the best country rock disc I've heard in a quite a while.
