>Very preliminary lineup for this years Strictly Hardly Bluegrass festival is out and aside from the perennials (Del McCoury, Doc Watson, EArl Scruggs, etc), theres a bunch of first timers or people who haven't played there in a while - Gillian Welch, Steve Martin, Lyle Lovett, John Prine, Old 97s, Booker T and the DBTs, Allen Toussaint, Neko Case and The Chieftains.
