I noticed the other day that Tommy Womack has been added to the bill of 
Summer Sundae, a festival in Leicester that I attend every year. He's 
billed as Tommy Womack and the Dissenters. I know nothing of his music 
and was wondering if I should pencil him in as a definite, possible or 
to be avoided.
