I have pretty much given up on moaning about how the musicians I used
to enjoy no longer thrill me so much. There are plenty of younger
artists to fill in that buzz.

And I am still interested in tuning in to hear what the "geezers"
(many who are younger than me, oy) are doing these days. But with so
much great new music to listen to, I don't have to spend much time
wishing Costello, Earle and others made albums the way that they used
to. And every now and then they might surprise me.
