His albums pretty much slowly slipped down hill after the first one, which  
an authoritative source tells me was watered down by advice or direction 
from  corporate interests from what it could have been. Lots of Austin people 
but, not  surprisingly, no Dixie Chicks listed in the credits. A bunch of 
Charlie Robison  songs, a couple by Keith Gattis, one by Springsteen.
