Don't miss the last of our collaborations with this year's Earshot Jazz
Festival:

First-ever west coast appearance by the great
composer/pianist/chanteuse Annette Peacock! This is a rare opportunity
to hear this highly distinctive singer who connected the dots between
Patty Waters and Patti Smith. What that means: sultry ballads, poetic
politics, personal reveries, sensual intellect.

Opening the evening will be Eric Barber's Chamber Quartet, featuring
four great local players improvising in a distinctly contemporary
idiom: Barber on saxophone, clarinetist Jesse Canterbury, violinist Tom
Swafford, and pianist Gust Burns.

Friday, November 3 at 8 PM
Seattle Asian Art Museum
Volunteer Park on Capitol Hill, Seattle
