That script doesn't say either way, it doesn't even say what
format THEIR copy of MCardApplet.bin is in.

If there is a web page referencing that document I cannot find it,
every parent directory I try just says "403 Access Denied" and the
root URL http://www.dseven.org/ is a virtually blank page with
just a Firefox logo.
