[Muscle] Memory card support

Just to follow up on previous email. I want to be clear on the issue.  
The alcor reader, being controlled via the generic ccid driver stack,  
does not have the ability to power up or access memory cards such as  
the gpm2k sle4442 card. Is that correct ?

In order for this device to be able to access a memory card it would  
either have to emulate the ISO commands mentioned in response to my  
previous email OR it needs some extra layer at the driver level to  
know how to talk to memory cards.

According to the datasheet for the reader, these cards are supported.  
And advantech confirmed that the windows stack they ship can access  
them.
