[Muscle] testpcsc not working when not root

well that's the case. I have a /var/run/pcscd directory with files inside. I
was mistaken by running ls -l /var/run/p*

When stracing the program as root, I can see the program locked on select()
for card insertion.

When stracing the program as a user, I can see that a stat64 fails with
EACCESS on /var/run/pcscd/pcscd.pub

in fact /var/run/pcscd was created with rights 700.

it's ok by chmoding it with u+x

I did not create this directory, who did it? pcscd itself?
