[Muscle] muscletools format token

Hi all, there' some contrains in how many time could I format a token?
I m using jc emulator and MCardApplet . I succefully format Muscle card
token the first time, then I have always Formating token [*] : ERR: Format
failed ! (0x9C0F Invalid parameter).
Could somebody help me to understand ^?
