[Muscle] Building a static pcscd

Hi,

Is it possible to build a static version of pcscd? I need to run pcscd
on a system that doesn't have pcsc-lite installed. I also need to
support the cryptoflex e-gate card. I've tested pcscd on my Mandriva
2009.1 development PC with ifd-egate installed and it works. What
needs to be done to get pcscd to work on the system w/o pcsc-lite and
ifd-egate?
