[Muscle] winscard.h: no file or directory

Hello,
on Linux Ubuntu 9 I have installed pcscd, pcsc-tools (libccid) and the debian
drivers for Todos Argos Mini II<http://www.todos.se/index.php/download/drivers>

Then muscletools, libmcardplugin, libmusclecard1.

I'd like to compile a simple c++ program that use winscard.h

> g++ main.cpp -lpcsclite

*main.cpp:5:27:error: winscard.h: No file or directory*
*main.cpp:10:error 'SCARDHANDLE' does not name a type*
*....*

I make a search in the system but the winscard header file is not present.

How can complete correctly the installation of pcsclite ?
