Is the RDP client on Linux supposed to send the information that the
eTokend has been inserted again?
I don't know if RDP Linux client can manage reader insertion during
execution. You should ask on the Linux RDP Client list.
Also you can try version 1.5.0 of pcsc-lite. I added support of
"\\?PnP?\Notification" to detect reader insertion/removal. But I don't
know if Linux RDP will use this feature since it is quiet new. Again
ask on a Linux RDP list.
